The Merits of Solid Tungsten Carbide Nozzles
Cosmos wire guide nozzles in Solid Tungsten Carbide offer the following advantages:
Thoroughly mirror finished wire entrance, exit and bore surfaces
Superior rigidity
Capable of being fabricated to complex geometries
Concentricity held to within 0.01 mm
Photos above demonstrate these merits.

The Numbering System
The Wire Guide Nozzles Part Numbering System innovated by COSMOS in 1993 is applicable in describing our
1-diameter and 2-diameter wire guide nozzles. The 3-diameter and complex geometry wire guide nozzles are best described in dimensional drawings.
